Purchased around the year 2000 at a department store in San Francisco. It has been stored without being used, so there is tarnish characteristic of silver. I tried polishing it, but it doesn't become perfectly shiny. I think this also has a nice look to it. However, please understand that it's a bit difficult for me to put it on myself.
