Also, please read the entire description. This is a Showa-era silk 伊達締め. I purchased it from an antique shop over 10 years ago. It is unused (new old stock). It is a vibrant red (vermilion) with a subtle pattern and shibori (tie-dye), and the silk feels soft. The size is unknown because it is sewn. Please check the details in the images. Although it is unused, there is damage! The inner core seems to be significantly deteriorated. It makes a crackling sound every time it is touched. I'm not sure if the material is paper or plastic. If I were to unravel it, it might break into small pieces. (It is currently connected) Therefore, rather than using it as an 伊達締め, I recommend using the fabric for remaking projects. If you intend to use it as an 伊達締め, you will likely need significant maintenance. I have not inspected the core or the back of the fabric. There may be further deterioration there. I have disposed of the original plastic bag due to its deterioration. I will send it in a new bag. I do not recommend this to those who are overly fastidious or who are looking for an immediately usable 伊達締め. Please proceed with your purchase only if you are okay with the damage! I will fold it compactly (folding the core as well) and ship it via Mercari delivery.
