There are no broken claws or cracks in the plastic parts, and the rotation and all mechanisms work without any problems. A 70mm center-to-center, left/right power handle is installed. Comes with box, bag, oil, wrench, and instruction manual. The box is damaged, and the accessories have yellowing and stains.
