I purchased two at the time of release, and this one is new with tags, size XS. It has been stored in a plastic bag since purchase. However, as the base is white and it is an old item, it is not perfect, and a small stain was found on the neckline. The fabric is thin, so it is somewhat see-through. It will be shipped compressed, with folding wrinkles. The proceeds will be set for charity, so we will not offer a discount.
