This is a silk and cotton striped knit sweater, purchased new around the year 2000 at Banana Republic in Hawaii. It has a higher silk content than cotton, making it soft and comfortable to the touch. I bought it because I liked the blue-green color, but the size didn't quite fit, so I've hardly worn it and have kept it in storage. If you like stripes, perhaps this is for you.
