We will also secure it directly with packing tape. If you would like an additional outer box, there will be an extra charge. It was in use until recently, so it should be in good working order. It has been used for many years, so there are scratches and stains overall. Please check the photos. If there are any other areas you are concerned about, please comment. I will add photos. There are noticeable stains on the hose. There are also noticeable stains on the adapter. There is yellowing inside the main unit. The filter is also included, but it is empty and needs to be replaced. The switching valve for the faucet was damaged, so a new one was purchased. It is brand new, unused, and unopened, so you will need to install it yourself (photo 8). This is a used item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
