The "Matt" bread-making kit, which uses rice flour, offers a variety of bread recipes. Have you ever thought, "I want to make some bread, but I can't find the Matt..."? In my case, the paddle is missing, so I can't make bread anymore. I contacted the manufacturer, but they no longer have any in stock. Buying another kit would give me two of some parts...
