This is an obijime (sash cord) that was given as a bonus during a special event, along with an obi (sash). It's a color that's like a beige close to gray. One end is split into three thin cords, and it also has three decorative beads, similar to an obidome (sash clasp), allowing for various tying styles. The three beads are also movable and made of a material that resembles a shimenawa (sacred straw rope) that has been rolled up. This is recommended for those who can create stylish, asymmetrical knots. I've gone out wearing it a few times, having had a teacher tie it for me. However, I can only do the basic tying methods and can't use it to its full potential, so I'm putting it up for sale. There's a slight crease from when it was tied, but I think it should be fine for normal use.
