It has a maximum brightness of 300 lumens and a wide beam, and the button is larger and much easier to press than the old model. There are a few minor scuffs from short-term use, but it's in excellent condition with virtually no scratches or signs of use. Please check the photos for the condition. An unused mounting bracket is included. A charging cable is not included, but it uses a standard micro USB Type C, so you should be able to use one from another device.
