The patch can be removed. There is some paint chipping and a small hole in the back, but I think it will still be useful. It shows signs of use, so I'm selling it at a low price. It will be sent folded up small for simple shipping. I am also selling this on other sites, so please leave a comment to check availability before purchasing.
