It was used on the rocks, so there are quite a few small scratches, and there's some rust at the base of the guides. It doesn't affect actual fishing at all, and there are no deep scratches that would lead to breakage. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about these details. My impression after using it for yellowtail plugging is that it's quite light for the weight of lures it can handle, and it also has a certain flexibility, allowing me to cast 40g lures without any problems. Because it's flexible, I thought I wouldn't be able to cast the upper limit of 160g, but I tried it and had no issues at all. Regarding fighting the fish, I have no worries with the powerful butt that can lift up to 8kg yellowtail from the surface. I think this is thanks to the TAF manufacturing method. For those who want to try shore jigging or plugging with a baitcasting rod, and are having trouble because there aren't many options, I recommend trying this rod first. *I have the box, but it won't fit in the packing void (tube), so I will ship it without the box.
