I purchased this item and stored it in a clear pocket in a dark place. (I took it out once to take pictures.) Since it has been stored by a private individual, there are some slight rust spots in a few places (see images). In addition, I confirmed that the black dots in the third image were on all the badges, so they appear to be from the manufacturing process. Please consider purchasing this item with the understanding that it is not in perfect condition.
