This is a miniature car of the Honda Insight. It's small, about 5cm long. The lights are supposed to light up, but they don't, possibly because the button batteries are dead. You might need to replace the batteries. You can replace the batteries by removing the screws on the back cover. (Uses 2 CR1220 batteries) I hope someone will cherish it. There is no packaging.
