These are fire tongs with handles made of porcelain, which are not often seen. They feature overglaze enamel and silver pigment, depicting shippo-tsunagi (seven treasures) patterns, offering the cleanliness and elegance unique to porcelain. However, since the handles are porcelain, please use them in the usual way for adding charcoal, without forcefully stirring the ash. The tips of the tongs are metal.
