I purchased this through crowdfunding when it was first released. I tried various things, but it didn't produce the sound I expected, and I stopped using it completely. The part that goes in the mouth has been disinfected with alcohol. The included items are the case, strap, and box shown in the photos. There are no included items such as the cap and USB cable. I haven't confirmed whether it produces sound properly, and it's a used item, so please purchase only if you understand this.
