This item is a junk item. Scratches and stains are noticeable, as shown in the photos. It is a wind-up type, but when wound, it starts spinning at a high speed and then stops, so it is currently malfunctioning. If you intend to use it, repairs will likely be necessary. Thank you for viewing.
