This is a penlight for Takuya of Choutokkyuu (Bullet Train). It's from his 20th birthday event on November 24, 2014. It has been stored unused. Since I am unable to confirm if it lights up, I recommend it as a collector's item. I don't know the market price, so I'm open to price negotiations.
