This is the Ogura Hyakunin Isshu (One Hundred Poems by One Hundred Poets). I have kept it at home for many years, so the outer box is dirty, but I have hardly used it, so the contents are in good condition. The cards are not in order. A cassette tape is also included, but I have never played it, so its functionality is unknown.
