This is a training mat from NISHI. It can be used for stretching, core training, or as a mat during exercise. It is a foldable type that is easy to store. There are scuffs and small scratches from use. Also, my name was written on it, so that part has been blacked out with a marker (see photo). There are no problems with use, but please only purchase if you understand the condition. Immediate purchase is OK.
