This is leftover fabric from a coat I recently acquired. Polyester/wool blend (ratio unknown) It's slightly thinner than Melton and should be easy to sew with a home sewing machine. Almost no stretch (just a little in the horizontal direction). The cut edges are not perfectly straight. Pre-washed. I hope you can use it for making small items or clothes for dogs and cats.
