The gray side has an Anpanman patch. The brown side has patterns of Anpanman, Shokupanman, Currypanman, Cheese, Dokin-chan, Baikinman, and Kokin-chan. I have many vests, so I haven't used this one much. It's practically unused. The patch is also clean! When playing indoors, the sleeveless vest was very easy to put on(^^)
