This is Espresso Tokyo's original coffee chiller, which instantly cools hot coffee to make iced coffee. Use it by filling the stainless steel tumbler with water from the bottom and freezing it beforehand. Since the liquid doesn't directly touch the ice, the coffee doesn't get watered down. Of course, it's also suitable for making strong iced tea. The lid seals tightly with a rubber gasket, so you can rapidly cool hot coffee in about a minute by swirling it around. If you use it 2-3 times in a row, the ice inside will melt, so it takes time to refreeze, but having multiple chillers is a very useful item for cafes and the like. I purchased it through crowdfunding about two years ago and have used it many times, but it's durably made and I think it can still be used.
