This is an insulated water bottle cover. I used it about 5 or 6 times. I'm selling it because my child has outgrown it. I think I bought it at a miscellaneous goods store in Yume Town Izumi for around 1200-1600 yen. The strap is removable. There are no major noticeable stains, but it shows signs of use overall. I wiped it down with alcohol. I think it's still usable.
