I purchased this item new and played with it a few times before storing it. All the picture cards and reading cards are present. (Includes supplementary cards) The instruction manual is not included. Both the picture cards and reading cards have stains and marks. Please check the condition in the images. This is an old item, so please consider purchasing only if you understand.
