I believe the material is wood. It's connected with rice-grain-like pieces, creating a complex design. The length is approximately 100cm. See images 8 and 9 for reference. It only has a string closure, as shown in image 7. It has a simple design and the material would suit: Japanese clothing, or casual wear!! It's an antique item that has been stored for many years.
