Thank you for viewing! This is a card case I received when I renewed my driver's license in Gifu Prefecture and contributed to the Traffic Safety Association. It can hold 6 cards the size of a driver's license. It's a soft case featuring the mascot character "Koan-chan." Recent ones seem to have "Gifu" on them, but this one doesn't. It came out of a drawer. I forgot when I received it, but I think it was quite a while ago. I've never used it, but it was stored in a drawer without any packaging, so I'm listing it as having no noticeable scratches or stains.
