Purchased 5 years ago, and used carefully about 10 times, including this year. It still works well. I'm selling it because I'm changing my camping style. The umbrella part shows signs of use, and while there are no chips or cracks in the glass, there is one spot of clouding due to high heat, so I've priced it a little lower. The mantle has holes, but I haven't removed it for 4 years and it's still usable. I will also include one new mantle. Gas is not included.
