Color: Gold (Back: Silver-toned) This is a very luxurious obi (sash) with elaborate embroidery depicting the dazzling daily life of the Imperial Court during the Heian period. It was purchased about 20 years ago and comes with a certificate of authenticity. It is an unused item, only viewed indoors. I believe you can appreciate the meticulousness of the embroidery. As I don't seem to have an opportunity to use it in the future, I hope someone who appreciates it will cherish it.
