These are oil pastel crayons, 12 colors, in paper cases. I obtained these about 5 years ago. Both sets have been opened and partially used, but I stopped using them and stored them in a dark place. One set is almost unused. One set has been used for some colors, and the light blue crayon is broken at the tip (around just below the start of the paper cover). Otherwise, I think the crayons themselves have no noticeable damage, but please note that there are scratches and stains on the paper cases due to aging. I think they can still be used, but please check the photos for the condition. How about them for preparing school supplies for children or for drawing at home?
