This is a pre-owned figure made by Alter. There doesn't appear to be any major damage such as hydrolysis or missing parts, but there are overall scratches, dust, and other dirt. There is also age-related deterioration, such as the damage shown in the image, especially on the base, and slight yellowing. The original box and other accessories are not included.
