Purchased new from Amazon about 3 months ago. The exterior is quite clean, aside from a scratch on the bottom, as it was hardly used. This is a Leofoto camera grip compatible with the Sony α7C II and α7CR. It also supports vertical shooting with a tripod. I have lost the hex wrench. There are scratches on the bottom from trying to loosen it with a coin (see white circle in the image). When going out, I realized I could open and close it with the zippers on my bag or clothes, so I've been using that method. Also, a standard hex wrench can be used.
