The painted surface of the ball is sticky and unpleasant to touch. It is definitely worth investigating and confirming the cause. Also, it is recommended for kendama enthusiasts as a rare item. This is a kendama certified by the Japan Kendama Association. Yet, I don't understand why the surface is sticky.
