This is a handmade plate by Makoto Kagoshima. I purchased it at a solo exhibition several years ago and have kept it carefully, unused. I haven't been able to bring myself to use it, and I'd like to offer it to someone who loves Kagoshima's work or is looking for one. Each of Kagoshima's handmade plates has a unique design, and this one is a wonderful piece with beautiful shades of blue, standing out as a work of art. The texture is solid, artistic from every angle, and has the warm feel of handmade pottery. Diameter: Approximately 21.5cm (W), Approximately 19.7cm (H) Height: Approximately 2.3-2.5cm (The height varies slightly depending on the edge) Please note that there may be slight variations due to amateur measurements. It has a raised rim and depth in the center, so it can be used not only as a decorative plate but also as tableware. As part of Kagoshima's style, there may be areas where the glaze appears white or light brown, but please understand this as part of the artistic style. No returns accepted.
