This is a quick shoe from Umemoto Seisakusho. I have used it for many years in combination with their SL-60AZD ball head. This listing includes the quick shoe, the wrench set for the set screw of the ball head, a 3/8 (large screw) to 1/4 (small screw) adapter, and two camera plates. This is a used item, so there are scratches and scuffs, but there are no problems with its operation or use.
