This is an unused Chinese natural stone Luowen inkstone. Luowen inkstones are quite popular because they grind ink smoothly. As you use them, ink will seep into the horizontal stripes of the stone, outlining them and creating beautiful scenery like landscapes or sunset clouds. They become quite the work of art, increasing in value over time, and you won't want to part with them. This is a fine piece, but I'm offering it at a reasonable price. What do you think?
