The top underside has Velcro, so it can be attached to a BAREN hat. The hat is not included and is being sold separately. The male side of the Velcro (the rough side) is attached to the wig, and the mesh is fine. I tried attaching it to a regular, commercially available inner cap instead of a BAREN hat, and it worked (→ I was able to go outside wearing a regular hat over it), but I'm a little worried about windy days. I think the dedicated hat is safer. Because the Velcro mesh is fine, it's difficult to remove any debris that gets caught in it during use, so I've marked it as having some signs of use. There are no issues with the wig's hair, and it has been maintained using wig-specific shampoo, conditioner, oil, and spray. I purchased it for 3500 yen and used it almost every day for about 3-4 months. The width and length of the wig can be freely cut and adjusted, but I haven't made any adjustments like cutting it. It's not jet black, so it was easy to match with a black hat and was convenient to use.
