The vehicle has been stored for several years, so there is some dirt on the body, but most of it should come off with cleaning. There are no noticeable scratches, but there may be some overlooked. The bogies are noticeably dirty, but the running itself seems to be fine. This is a used item, so we recommend purchase by those who understand this and are able to perform maintenance.
