The PEN F brand is the predecessor to modern mirrorless single-lens reflex cameras. The "FT" is a camera that improved upon the PEN F model (single-stroke winding) and incorporated a built-in exposure meter. As a half-frame film camera, it allows you to take twice the number of photos as a standard film. For example, a 24-exposure film will allow you to take 48 photos! The PEN F series is characterized by its ability to change lenses on a half-frame camera. It offers a wide range from wide-angle to telephoto lenses, and the lenses are very small, making them extremely convenient to carry around. ♦︎Condition♦︎ ・Fully serviced. Basic functions such as shutter speeds and self-timer work without issue, but unfortunately, the exposure meter is broken. It requires replacement of the entire unit, so it is being sold as a non-functional exposure meter. ・The body has some scratches on the strap attachment points and the bottom, but there are no noticeable scratches or stains, and it is in good condition considering the age of the camera. ・The eyepiece of the viewfinder, which is a common issue with this model, is not missing. ・The viewfinder has been disassembled and cleaned, so it is clear. I believe you will be able to enjoy taking photos. ・The half mirror, which is prone to degradation in FT models, has been replaced with a half mirror with the same refractive index as the original.
