I have a pair of Regent dumbbells, 1kg each, that I purchased a few years ago. The dumbbells are covered in synthetic rubber. They can be washed with water if they get dirty, so you can keep them clean. I haven't used them much since I bought them, but there are some minor scratches and dirt, so please understand that when purchasing. They will be shipped in a storage case.
