I found these Christmas necklace lights at a flea market. As far as I remember, I think these lights also appear in the Toy Story movies. People who love Toy Story might recognize them (*^^*) When I bought them, they were unused, but I removed the paper to activate the batteries to test them, and the lights came on perfectly. The lighting pattern changes in about 3 stages.
