It's wearing a brown cloak with a cat embroidery. As you can see in the photos, the hat can be taken on and off. Also, it has both a ball chain and a safety pin, so you probably don't have to worry too much about losing it if you attach it to your bag. I don't remember when I bought it, but judging from the design, I think it's probably a Halloween edition. I've kept this in a dark place after I bought it.
