I was using this attached to my backpack as a holder for a folding umbrella. I'm selling it because the size no longer fits the new folding umbrella I have. There is some wear on the rim of the opening where the Velcro touches, but I've treated it so it's not very noticeable. Please be aware that this is not a new item.
