This is a UNITED・United・Teakwood & Metal・Sunburst・Clock・NO.79 (battery-operated, sweep, quartz modified) vintage wall clock from the United States, dating from around the 1950s to 1960s. United was an American clock manufacturer established in 1905 and ceased operations in 1961. They made unique and beautifully decorated wall clocks. The body is made of iron and has a solid construction, with teak wood decorations at the ends of the burst. The form has a line that curves towards the center, and the dial is dome glass, with a very beautiful design. Battery operated. Replacing the quartz with a new one would make it perfect. Although reproductions are available, it has the unique style of an original. Operation not confirmed.
