The VARIO-V, a high-end model for home coffee grinders. This is a step up from the VARIO-E, with a grinding speed approximately twice as fast and a wider range of particle size adjustments. It has a built-in self-timer to prevent forgetting to turn it off. It allows for 40-step grind adjustments, from extra-fine to coarse. It uses conical blades and also has a manual grind button on the front, allowing for direct dosing into an espresso machine's portafilter.
