Purchased new at the store. It's not a layered type; the shirt is only docked to the visible parts. The brand tag has a cat stamp. The name tag has space for two lines, but one line has been cut off. There's some pilling, but otherwise, I don't see any stains. It looks great worn on its own, so it's cute and wearable.
