I am offering the 2002 "WINTER IN THE FOREST" plate from my collection of year plates. I used to display it only during the Christmas season. While I prefer darker colors, I believe this piece is beautifully painted, with the trademark star mark, pine cones, children's hats and shoes, gloves, deer legs, and the fine details of the trees all rendered clearly without any blurring. (This is just my personal opinion.) Upon inspection for this listing, I found a scratch or chip on one spot on the edge (images ⑦-⑫) and a slight indentation on the edge that can be felt when running a finger along it (not visible to the naked eye). Please examine the images carefully and consider purchasing if you are comfortable with these imperfections. *Plate only. Outer box and instruction manual are not included.*
