The stone pattern appears beautifully like waves, with two lines meandering from above the sea down to the foot of the hill, characteristic of Amatani stone, and a mottled pattern is seen around it. On the underside of the inkstone, a light brown stone pattern appears, making it a unique item. Also, when you touch the inside edge with your fingertip, it is finished so sharply that it feels like it could cut, showing the high skill of the inkstone maker. On the upper edge, a straight key design is engraved, giving it a noble appearance. Furthermore, the underside of the inkstone has been hollowed out with care, and the characters [Amatani] are deeply and elegantly engraved there with confidence.
