This is an Adventure Hat from Hat Shop FLAVA. The fabric is cotton. It has a string that can be used to adjust the fit. There's soft wire inside the brim, allowing for shaping, and the shape can also be changed with buttons. I've used it about 3 times, washed it, and stored it. It's a hat with a very natural texture.
