These are Nikitin building blocks, with some staining (I've selected the ones that are concerning and compiled them in images 6 and 7). It's actually fun for adults too. Not just for children, it seems they are sometimes used in facilities for the elderly. There are currently texts for patterns 1 to 47, but page 38 is missing, so there are actually 46 patterns. Also, there is a back cover, but no front cover (though this doesn't affect actual use). Due to shipping costs, the outer box will not be included. The inner box will be folded and included.
