This is a set of Hornet's LT-50R tire lock and LH-3SR handlebar lock. I used them for about a year and a half after purchasing them new. The tire lock has some dust and dirt, but I've cleaned it as much as possible. From what I can see, it doesn't seem much different from the LT-51R. Both come with the original boxes and accessories.
